Wildlife Habitat is an immersion exhibit with so many opportunities for wildlife interaction. You can join our daily scheduled tours to learn more about our native animals or join our special behind the scenes and nocturnal tours for a more intimate experience. 

Immerse yourself in the Curlew Café and Bar set in the Wetlands habitat and enjoy Breakfast with the Birds or Lunch with the Lorikeets.

The iconic Wildlife Habitat is Australia’s leading environmental wildlife experience, providing visitors with a chance to observe a huge range of flora and fauna up close in a spacious interactive setting. 

Situated at Port Douglas, Tropical North Queensland, the park is a leader in sustainable eco-tourism. With 4 distinct eco-systems - Woodlands, Wetlands, Rainforest and Savannah - set over 8 acres of land, the natural habitat locations allow for an open and immersive experience providing guests and wildlife freedom and space to interact. 

Fancy getting up close and personal with Estuarine Crocodiles on the world’s only Predator Plank? See what goes bump in the night during the day in the new Nocturnal Habitat 

Free guided tours operate throughout the day and the Presentation Hut area allows you to learn about pythons, koalas, crocodiles and birds with photo opportunities available (optional extra). The park offers daily dining experiences of Breakfast with the birds or Lunch with the Lorikeets Buffets, or for something completely different, join the WildNIGHT Nocturnal Tour. A 2-hour guided evening tour by torchlight of reclusive after dark animals and their escapades. Have the opportunity to see the endangered Mahogany glider, come eye to eye with a python and keeper feed quolls.
