Breakfast 7:30am – 10:00am daily

Start the day at Julaymba Restaurant and choose from the à la carte breakfast menu, pairing the meal with fresh juice, artisan teas or coffee. Julaymba serves classic breakfast favourites with a Daintree twist, using fresh seasonal produce from the garden to your plate. Try our breakfasts with eggs sourced from local farms, or cooked-to-order dishes flavoured with tropical treats like lemon myrtle and macadamia nuts.

Lunch 12:00pm – 2:00pm daily

Enjoy a relaxing, lagoon-side lunch. The à la carte menu changes regularly and the curated selection of dishes showcases seasonal, local produce.

Dinner 5:30pm – 9:30pm (last reservation at 8:00pm)

Dine overlooking the lagoon, nestled in the rainforest. Choose from an à la carte menu or the option to enjoy a personalised degustation dinner. The à la carte dinner menu rotates over two days and changes regularly to showcase produce from the onsite vegetable garden and surrounding farms. Our passionate chefs are inspired by the natural surrounds and create the perfect accompaniment to your rainforest experience. Vegetarian and vegan meals are also available upon request, and we cater for other dietary requirements.
